it's been 7 years

Last week was Neland's 5th birthday, but the night before he turned 5 we had some very special visitors. Our old neighbors (well technically, my old neighbors) came to visit while on their road trip. We hadn't seen them since our wedding 7 years ago (and three kids ago between the two families). Neland and Teague had so much fun with a house full of kids and I really enjoyed chatting outside on the patio like time never passed (poor Chris missed the fun working late).

And as always, we took our final picture with our 4 year old Neland. He couldn't wait to see how tall he would be in the morning, and went to sleep begging me not to let Teague blow out his candles or open his gifts.
